Submission Rules

• Maximum 2 submissions per presenting author (unlimited co-authorship permitted).
• Abstract word limit: Maximum 300 words (or 2,500 characters including spaces, whichever is specified for the category).
• Language: English.
• Submission format: PDF, DOC, or DOCX only.
• Tables, figures, graphs, and images are not permitted within abstracts.
• Previously presented or published abstracts must be declared during submission.
• Registration of the presenting author is mandatory for final acceptance.
• Acceptance is subject to review by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation format.

Formatting Instructions

1. Use Times New Roman, 12-point font (or equivalent).
2. Single-space all text throughout the abstract.
3. Maximum length: 2,500 characters including spaces.
4. Align text to the left margin; avoid indentation.
5. Capitalize only the first letter of each principal word in the title.
6. List authors using initials for first and middle names only.
7. Underline author names continuously.
8. Include institution, city, and state where the work was performed.
9. Do not include academic degrees, titles, appointments, street addresses, or postal codes.

Use of Abbreviations & Drug Names:

• Standard abbreviations are encouraged. Uncommon abbreviations should be written in full at first mention followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
• Use numerals for numbers except when beginning a sentence.
• Generic drug names are preferred.
